Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth booking experience and to respect the time of all clients, please read the following policy carefully before booking with Skin No.9 by Angela.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the treatment cost is required to secure all appointments, with a minimum deposit of £30.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods are cash or bank transfer.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Photos
Before and after photos may be taken for treatment records and promotional purposes.
Please inform me if you do not consent to your images being shared online.
Final Notes
This policy applies to all clients, including cancellations due to illness or emergencies.
